Rates
Our terms for each little house are as follows:

• Our rates indicates the total cost for the house.

• Bank holidays: a charge of 10% will be added during the high season.

• A deposit of 30% is payable at the time of application for booking. It will be required by postal order, bank transfer or by Post pay. Payment of the balance must be paid cash during the check-in. We do not accept any credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners,) and cheque.

• Time Check-in and Check-out (besides other agreement)

Check-in: 12h00 a.m
Check-out: 10h00 a.m

• Childrens less 4 years are free of charge. Childrens between 4 and 12 years will have rate reductions.

• Animals are not allowed.

• It is forbidden smoking in the house.

• Our cancellation policy:
- if your cancellation arrives 15 (or more) days prior check-in date we refund the total amount of booking-deposit except the banking charge

- if your cancellation arrives less than 15 days prior check-in we can't refund the booking-deposit
